NVIDIA is hiring senior engineers to build agentic AI systems for the CUDA ecosystem, spanning model and agent development, multi-agent workflows, tool use, memory, orchestration, and evaluation and runtime infrastructure. The work includes co-design across NVIDIA's libraries, compilers, kernels and GPUs. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent, 4+ years in AI systems, machine learning, compilers or HPC, C/C++, Rust and Python, and GPU programming with CUDA or comparable accelerators. Coding-agent work, inference stacks such as TRT-LLM or vLLM, and publications stand out. Base pay: 152,000–241,500 USD.
