The work spans compute, controls, networking and sensor systems: leading triage of high-severity field issues, running root-cause investigations across subsystem boundaries, and building lab methods that reproduce field problems. The person partners with fleet support engineers and hardware design teams, mentors less experienced engineers, and carries fixes from problem statement through implementation and fleet-wide validation.
