NVIDIA's deep learning architecture team is hiring a senior architect to help design hardware accelerators and processors for machine-learning and data-analytics workloads on mobile, embedded and datacenter platforms. The work spans co-designing systems from specification to prototype, mapping AI workloads to hardware, and finding bottlenecks, with modelling, prototyping and benchmarking. The posting asks for an MS or PhD in computer science, computer architecture or electrical engineering plus ten years' experience, deep-learning fundamentals, a training framework such as PyTorch or JAX, C++ and ideally Python. Salary is listed at 224,000–356,500 USD.
