NVIDIA is hiring a senior computer architect on its deep learning architecture team, based in Santa Clara or Redmond. The work designs hardware accelerator and processor architectures for machine learning on mobile, embedded and datacenter platforms: analysing deep learning methods, proposing features that accelerate them, and measuring the benefits, with DL researchers, hardware architects and software engineers. Requirements include an MS or PhD, five-plus years in computer architecture, performance analysis, LLM workload tuning and deep learning kernels, plus C++, CUDA and PyTorch. Base pay is listed at 184,000–287,500 USD.
