Wolt's Support Analytics team is hiring a senior data scientist to work with its Workforce Management group. The work is operational: scheduling and intraday forecasts for support staffing, root-cause analysis on service levels, KPI dashboards, capacity planning and improving the WFM data pipeline. The posting asks for five or more years in data science or analytics, time-series forecasting (Prophet, SARIMA, Holt-Winters), cost and what-if analysis, Python or R statistics and strong SQL. ML forecasting experience is a plus; work mode can be office, hybrid or remote in Berlin.
