The role covers investigating complex transaction-monitoring alerts, filing suspicious activity reports, enhanced due diligence on high-risk users, tuning monitoring rules, and mentoring junior staff. Candidates need four or more years in AML, ideally in fintech or banking, plus knowledge of BSA, the USA PATRIOT Act and OFAC sanctions. The schedule is Saturday to Wednesday, with remote work allowed on weekends and in-office attendance Monday to Wednesday.
