Storage Software Architect in NVIDIA's architecture group, at one of three Israeli sites, on-site and full-time. The role defines storage architecture for AI clusters: researching training, inference, KV cache and RAG workloads, designing the storage software stack, APIs and offloads, leading hands-on proofs of concept, and driving DPU and NIC hardware features. The posting asks for a B.Sc., M.Sc. or Ph.D. in computer science or a related field, five or more years as a senior developer or architect at a storage company, and experience with AI applications, vLLM and NIMs.
