The role involves analyzing network architectures, topologies, configurations, logic and traffic patterns, developing simulation features, validating models against hardware and software, and owning a performance modeling roadmap. Applicants need a BSc or higher in computer science, electrical engineering or related, plus five years of recent hands-on C++ and Python work on large codebases and an end-to-end systems perspective. Ethernet, NVLink or Infiniband and discrete event simulator experience stand out.
