Scale AI's public sector group needs a security engineer for its Infrastructure & Security team, working on-site in New York, St. Louis or Washington, DC. The job is a generalist role: writing detection logic for cloud and enterprise systems, building incident response automation and runbooks, improving telemetry pipelines, and doing forensics and malware analysis. Candidates need an active Top Secret clearance and five or more years in detection engineering, incident response or security operations, plus production-grade coding in Python, Go, TypeScript or similar.
