Anthropic's Integrity & Compliance function is hiring a Sanctions Compliance Lead to run its sanctions compliance program and help oversee US export controls, within the Regulatory Programs pillar. Duties span program strategy and risk appetite, risk assessment and remediation, restricted-party screening controls, regulator filings such as voluntary self-disclosures, and advising product teams on trade controls. The posting wants hands-on sanctions program leadership, filing experience, screening governance, audit committee reporting, and working knowledge of the EAR and BIS rules, plus a builder comfortable without clear precedent.
