OpenAI is hiring a Global Safety Response Operations Lead to run a regional team of Safety Response Analysts handling the company's most sensitive safety, fraud and regulatory escalations. The lead owns utilization, quality and SLA targets, acts as first escalation point for high-risk cases, and spends 20–30% of time on frontline investigations and enforcement.
