Wayve is hiring a Roboticist as a founding member of the Multi-Embodiment Generalist Agent (MEGA) team in Wayve Labs, which builds foundation models for general-purpose robots. The role covers the full robot stack: selecting and maintaining hardware, writing C++ and Python control, planning and ROS/ROS2 software, building policy deployment and data-collection infrastructure, running robot experiments, and writing regression tests. Candidates need manipulation and robot-hardware experience, C++ and Python, and strong robotics and ML fundamentals; a PhD is preferred, and ICRA, CoRL or IROS publications are valued.
