Cohere, an enterprise AI company, is hiring a Revenue Enablement Program Manager for its North American field teams. The role owns enablement programs end to end: design, rollout, measurement and iteration, producing playbooks, battle cards, demo scripts and certification paths, setting KPIs such as win rates and sales cycle efficiency, embedding MEDDPICC into deal reviews and coaching, and finding automation and AI workflow opportunities. It reports to the Head of Sales Enablement and works with Product, Marketing, Sales Leadership and RevOps. Remote across the US and Canada.
