Anthropic is hiring a research scientist to work on multi-agent systems: how groups of Claude models cooperate, and how to train and evaluate them at scale. The work spans agent harness design such as memory, context management and inter-agent communication, quantitative benchmarks for large agentic tasks, and reinforcement learning environments and data.
