Datadog AI Research (DAIR) and Carnegie Mellon University offer a PhD research internship. The intern owns a project from framing through experiments to write-up, mentored by a DAIR researcher and CMU faculty advisor, with possible production use. The work covers foundation models, post-training and evaluating AI agents, and frontier-scale machine learning systems.
