A research engineering and research science role on OpenAI's Personalization-Memory team, which builds agents that learn from past interactions. The person will improve memory use and personalization in frontier models, working on reinforcement learning, dataset creation, evaluations and other post-training methods, and will set a research agenda, build evaluations to track modeling improvements, and write, test and debug code across the research stack.
