ElevenLabs is hiring a research engineer for inference, joining its research team. The work is deploying frontier audio models to production serving infrastructure and cutting latency, throughput and cost with quantization, distillation, KV-cache optimization, batching and custom kernels, plus tooling that lets researchers ship models safely.
