The person consolidates milestone tracking from early floor access to ready-for-service, reconciles schedule data from developers, contractors and third-party partners, maintains capacity projections, produces delivery and executive reporting, and automates data-quality checks. The posting wants 7+ years in project controls, scheduling or program reporting on large capital programs, portfolio-level reporting experience, and fluency in Primavera P6, Excel and Power BI.
