Anthropic is hiring a Recruiting Analytics Data Engineer for its People Data Solutions team, based in New York City, San Francisco, or Seattle on an on-site basis. The role centers on building and maintaining the data infrastructure behind recruiting analytics: refactoring BigQuery tables, designing dimensional models, implementing governance and access controls, and building ETL/ELT pipelines with dbt and Google BigQuery that integrate Workday, Greenhouse, and internal tools.
