Wayve is hiring a Radar Lead for its hardware team in Sunnyvale, to help integrate radar sensor data into the AV2.0 driver model. The role covers tracking automotive radar and signal-processing developments, setting radar data-quality guidelines on calibration, noise, resolution and range/velocity accuracy, advising on debugging, and building test frameworks and experiments across weather, occlusion and clutter. The posting wants proven automotive radar integration experience, plus strong analysis and cross-team communication; Python or bash scripting and ADAS or AV experience are desirable. Base salary is listed at $314,700–$408,100.
