OpenAI is hiring a Quality Engineer in Singapore, hybrid, on its Industrial Compute team, which oversees datacenter systems from manufacturing through commissioning. The work is manufacturing and supplier quality: standing up a quality program for datacenter products, auditing vendors, tracking metrics, leading corrective and preventive actions, and driving root-cause fixes for recurring issues. It calls for 10+ years in manufacturing or supplier quality, process improvement or datacenter engineering, and a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. Travel is estimated at 30%, to supplier sites and datacenter locations.
