xAI is hiring a program manager to lead its data center and infrastructure construction programs in the Memphis area. The role manages a team of construction project managers and runs large builds end to end: pre-construction planning, site development, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover, with budget, schedule and risk ownership. It asks for 10+ years in construction program management, five of them managing people, ideally on hyperscale or mission-critical projects, plus tools like Procore, Primavera P6 and Bluebeam. The work is primarily on-site with US travel.
