OpenAI's Hardware organization is hiring a Product Manufacturing Engineer to lead manufacturing and quality for AI-native silicon and integrated systems. The role focuses on PCB and PCBA manufacturing, NPI processes, and L6–L10 assembly. The person will work with design, operations, TPMs, and external vendors to manage requirements, schedules, risk, and production testing.
