Scale AI is hiring a Product Designer for its Global Public Sector team, based in Doha, Dubai or London and working on site. The designer owns the full 0-1 process, turning PM and client feedback into concepts and shipped interfaces for government and enterprise products, and uses AI design tools such as Cursor and Claude. Fluency in Arabic and English is a hard requirement, along with prior GCC experience, B2B government or enterprise work and a portfolio. Relocation is possible.
