The Product Delivery Specialist at Shield AI owns the delivery phase of assigned customer programs, from production completion through acceptance and shipment. The role coordinates production, quality, engineering, logistics, manufacturing planning (SIOP) and customers; leads Factory Acceptance Testing inventory and customer acceptance events; validates product configurations and documentation; and resolves delivery risks in a shifting manufacturing environment.
