Amazon is hiring a full-time, on-site Process Improvement Specialist Intern in Milan. The intern will plan continuous improvement at a logistics site, use AI tools and data analytics to find inefficiencies, automate tasks, prototype fixes, run audits, and work with station management. Candidates must be in their penultimate or final year in business, supply chain, transportation, economics, or similar, speak C1 English, have advanced Excel skills, and be available for three to six months. Preferred experience includes AI or digital tools, Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Python, or SQL.
