Ema is hiring a Principal Machine Learning Engineer in Bengaluru, on-site, to set technical direction for the generative AI and agentic systems behind its enterprise AI agents. The work covers production pipelines for training, fine-tuning, retrieval, agent orchestration and evaluation, plus a multi-year ML roadmap and mentoring senior engineers and researchers.
