Amazon is hiring a Principal Applied Scientist for its CX Science team in Santa Clara. The post describes building conversational AI systems, with work spanning natural language understanding, dialog management, large language models and generative AI, plus developing new algorithms and modeling approaches against large-scale text and structured data.
