Waymo Operations is hiring a Planning Manager for its Global Operations Center to own global capacity planning across the autonomous ride-hail fleet. The job involves building resource-scaling frameworks, managing large vendor partnerships against SLAs, translating capacity models into P&L narratives for executives, and working with product, engineering and data science on models inside Anaplan. It asks for a bachelor's degree, 5+ years in capacity planning, commercial operations, S&OP or strategic program management, and SQL skills. An MBA, AV human-in-the-loop experience and BPO exposure are preferred.
