NVIDIA is hiring PhD research interns to work on Cosmos world foundation models and generative AI for Physical AI, spanning robotics, autonomous driving, smart spaces and embodied agents. Interns research multimodal foundation models, world models and embodied AI, develop algorithms for video understanding and generation, action-conditioned simulation, multimodal reasoning and policy learning, and train large-scale models on video, image, language and robotics data. Candidates must be pursuing a PhD in CS, EE, robotics or a related field, with a prior publication record and strong Python and PyTorch skills. Work is onsite in Santa Clara, with results published at top conferences and transferred into NVIDIA products.
