Databricks seeks a PhD GenAI Research Scientist Intern for its Mosaic AI research team in San Francisco, onsite. The intern will work on adapting LLMs and AI systems to enterprise domains, including improving or evaluating literature methods, designing new domain-adaptation methods, combining methods for efficient post-training, and evaluating LLMs and AI systems. The posting requires deep-learning research experience, pursuit of a PhD in computer science or a related field, and software engineering proficiency including PyTorch. The SF Bay Area hourly rate is $54–$60 USD.
