Anthropic is hiring a performance engineer to find and solve the systems problems that arise when running machine learning at large scale, and to build systems that improve the throughput and robustness of its largest distributed systems. Work includes low-latency sampling for language models, GPU kernels for low-precision inference, load balancing, performance models and fault-tolerant networking.
