Anthropic is hiring a Partnership Strategy & Operations lead for its International business, covering markets outside North America. The role owns the regional GTM plan, forecast, partner coverage, quota design, capacity modelling and target-setting; runs the weekly, monthly and quarterly operating rhythm; and leads cross-regional initiatives including OKR design.
