Anthropic is hiring a Partner Success Lead in London, on-site, to own the delivery of customer engagements that consulting and systems integration partners sell and run. The role holds a book of roughly 10 to 30 in-flight EMEA engagements: weekly delivery reviews, unblocking stalls, tracking on-time completion and Claude usage, and building each partner's practice through certifications, repeatable offerings and customer stories. It asks for experience owning a high-volume book to completed outcomes, and for playbooks others ran. The role scales through documentation, not added hours.
