Anthropic is hiring a Partner Enablement Lead to own how its global system integrator partners learn Claude. The role covers enablement strategy, a portfolio of strategic SIs, certification and learning pathways, technical workshops, train-the-trainer sessions and hackathons, plus playbooks and solution guides, with metrics on partner activation and certification. The posting asks for 7–10+ years in partner enablement, alliance or sales, experience inside large global SIs, and roughly 25–35% travel.
