OpenAI is hiring a Partner Director in Tokyo on its GTM Partnerships team, reporting to the Japan Partnerships Lead. The role owns day-to-day relationships with signed partners in Japan: onboarding across sales training, technical enablement, security and provisioning; coordinating joint solution development and demo assets; tracking milestones and running QBRs; monitoring partner performance and driving remediation; and keeping partnership agreements and reporting cadences on track.
