OpenAI is hiring a Partner Director to lead its relationships with HCLTech, Wipro, and Cognizant, three Global Systems Integrators. The role owns executive alignment, joint business plans, and co-sell motions with OpenAI sales teams, plus governance, forecasting, and partner enablement. It works across sales, product, legal, security, and customer success. The posting seeks significant experience managing GSI or strategic alliance partnerships, building go-to-market programs, influencing enterprise sales, and engaging technical and executive stakeholders. It is onsite in San Francisco or Seattle and reports to the Head of GSIs.
