OpenAI is hiring a Partner Director to run its AWS alliance in Japan. The role is a hands-on individual contributor who owns the AWS Japan relationship, builds joint account plans, drives co-sell execution with systems integrators and consulting firms, and sets up governance, pipeline reviews and partner enablement. The posting requires direct AWS alliance experience, detailed knowledge of APN onboarding, ACE and AWS Marketplace, eight or more years in partnerships or cloud ecosystem roles, and established relationships across AWS Japan. Travel within Japan, with occasional trips to the United States.
