Cohere is hiring a Partner Development Manager for its Japan enterprise market. The role owns partner relationships: building go-to-market plans, recruiting system integrators, distributors, resellers, ISVs and cloud providers, running onboarding and enablement, generating joint pipeline, and tracking partner-sourced or influenced ARR. It also involves relaying partner feedback and working with public policy on Japanese AI rules. The posting seeks native-level Japanese and business-level English, 8+ years in partner development, channel sales or alliance management, and familiarity with LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation and agentic workflows. Existing Fujitsu relationships are preferred.
