Google is hiring a Part-Time Research Scientist PhD Intern for 2027 in Israel. The intern works on research for large-scale problems, develops software applications, and contributes to projects using natural language processing, artificial intelligence, data compression, machine learning, and search. Minimum qualifications include enrollment in a PhD in Israel in the penultimate or final year, research experience in areas such as NLP, computer vision, LLMs, deep learning, or reinforcement learning, and proficiency in Java, C++, Python, or Go. A 26-week internship starting March to May 2027 is required.
