OpenAI's finance team seeks a senior individual contributor to run end-to-end order-to-cash for an assigned EMEA portfolio: order intake and validation, provisioning alignment, billing, invoice review, collections, cash application and customer closeout. The role governs offshore BPO queues, builds SOPs, controls and dashboards, and carries an explicit mandate to identify where AI and automation can improve order processing, billing accuracy, collections prioritisation and exception handling. Candidates should bring hands-on order-to-invoice and invoice-to-cash experience, CPQ/ERP systems fluency, SOX-aware controls work and cross-functional stakeholder management. Dublin-based, hybrid, three days a week.
