Wayve seeks an Operations Manager to lead its internal VSO team for remote operations and feature testing of autonomous driving systems. The role turns testing priorities into safe, practical plans, coordinates activities across locations and countries, balances vehicles, staffing and shifts, and line-manages the VSO team. It requires operational management and people leadership experience, resource and shift planning, KPI management, and a safety mindset. German language skills and ADAS or autonomous-vehicle testing experience are desirable. Primary workplace: Leonberg, Germany; on-site, full-time.
