An Offensive Security Lead at Nebius will build and run the company's internal red team from scratch, hiring offensive engineers and setting up a penetration testing program. The work covers full-scope engagements against the cloud platform — compute, storage, inference, networking and orchestration — plus research into attacks on GPU infrastructure, model-serving stacks such as vLLM and managed Slurm, and tenant isolation. It asks for six or more years in offensive security, including one to two leading a team. Findings are reported to engineers and leadership alike.
