Anthropic is hiring an NPI sourcing manager for data center power and cooling, the person who takes new electrical equipment — battery energy storage, inverters, solid-state transformers, medium-voltage switchgear, UPS, liquid cooling — from a supplier's design to qualified, manufacturable, and running reliably on site. The work covers gate schedules, DFM/DFT reviews, prototype and pilot builds, factory and site acceptance testing, FMEA, and handoff to manufacturing quality. It asks for 8+ years in power electronics or industrial energy systems, working knowledge of UL and IEEE standards, and 30–40% travel to supplier factories and data center sites.
