Nebius is hiring a Network Planning Technical Project Manager for its infrastructure team, remote in the US. The role owns data center connectivity: assessing site and PoP feasibility, validating long-haul wave and dark fiber options, designing fiber pathways and conduit, coordinating MMR and entry-point layouts, running RFx with procurement, negotiating IRU and lease agreements, and keeping route records in KMZ/KML and AutoCAD. Requirements: a bachelor's in engineering or telecom, 5+ years in network infrastructure, OSP planning or data center connectivity, DWDM knowledge, GIS and AutoCAD proficiency, and contract negotiation experience.
