Nebius is hiring a Network Planning Technical Project Manager for its infrastructure team, based in Singapore, with remote work possible from across APAC. The job sits between internal data center teams and telecom carriers: assessing connectivity for new sites and PoPs, designing fiber pathways, conduit and manhole layouts, negotiating dark fiber, IRU and MOFN deals, and keeping route records in GIS and AutoCAD.
