SpaceXAI is hiring network operations technicians in Dublin to help run the Starlink network and its SuperCompute datacenter networks. The work is live incident response: detecting anomalies across satellites, ground stations, co-location sites and internet points of presence, triaging disruptions, coordinating partner maintenance, and root-causing faults with engineering teams. The posting asks for a high school diploma and a year or more troubleshooting computer systems in a NOC, SOC or data center. Daytime shift rotations and weekend availability are required. Networking certifications, packet-capture debugging, and Python or SQL are preferred.
