Anthropic is hiring a National Security Partnerships Lead to build and manage relationships with the U.S. Intelligence Community and allied intelligence and security services, reporting to the Head of National Security Policy. The role covers partnership strategy end to end: setting agendas with senior counterparts, structuring agreements, helping partner organizations adopt frontier AI safely, briefing officials, and feeding partner concerns back into internal policy, product, research, and safeguards work. It requires substantial national security experience, foreign partner management, an active TS/SCI clearance or one held in the past two years, and negotiation of formal agreements. Regular U.S. and allied-country travel is expected. The salary range is $295,000–$345,000.
