Fireworks AI, which runs a platform for training and serving AI models, is hiring a security engineer at member-of-technical-staff level in San Mateo, hybrid. The role covers security software for multi-cloud AI infrastructure: encryption, identity and access, secure API gateways, model sandboxing, Kubernetes and container hardening, DevSecOps in CI/CD, vulnerability management, detection and incident response, plus SOC 2 and ISO 27001 controls. Applicants need three to seven years in security or software engineering, Python or Go, and GCP cloud-native experience; securing LLM inference and GPU clusters is preferred.
