Amazon's Annapurna Labs is hiring 2027 interns for its Toronto Neuron team, working on AWS Trainium machine learning accelerators. Interns join one of two groups: Frontier Model Performance, bringing new models to peak performance through kernel tuning, sharding and benchmarking; or Developer Experience, building the Neuron Explorer profiling, debugging and analysis tools. Candidates must be enrolled in a Bachelor's or higher in computer science or a related engineering field, with Python, C or C++ experience and background in at least two listed areas. Terms run 3–4 or 12–16 months.
